Liberty of the Seas

Since the Royal Caribbean Liberty of the Seas is the newest, biggest cruise ship in the world, I fingured she deserved an entire post of her own. She truly was beautiful! This is the adult pool area. This is where we did our lounging and swimming, since no kids under 16 were allowed here. There were A LOT of kids on this ship.
There were bars and clubs everywhere. This is the Champagne Bar. We didn`t go here, but the big bottle was cool!
One of the major features that sets this ship apart from the one we took last year is the Flowrider, where you could either do stand-up surfing or body boarding. I was too wimpy to try it, but Craig did the body boarding. There are some pictures of this from later in the week.

There was also a water park for kids called the H2O Zone. It was pretty cool! Griffin was pretty impressed when he saw the pictures.

In the centre of the ship was the Royal Promenade, which was the shopping area. There were also some clubs and cafes here as well. It`s gorgeous. The floors are all granite, and the sky lights keep it bright and sunny.
The rock wall was super high. Again, I was too wimpy. But kudos to Erin for making it to the top twice! The sport pools
The dining room, which was three levels and spectacular.
The how tubs in the solarium came out from the side of the ship so you could look out at the water. Very cool!
The running track. I didn`t use this, or the gym. I was on vacation!

A really cool picture of manhattan

Just in case you got lost...
The hot tub from the outside
I forgot to mention before I left, but we ended up with Superior Balcony suites for the price of interior promenade rooms. They overbooked the promenade rooms, so we lucked out! The balconies were great to have, and we were all pretty much right next door to each other.
